Phoenix Real Estate – A New Drama? (Part 2)



my previous post about the new anti-deficiency laws in Arizona, many readers asked me if I can provide more detailed explanation as to how these laws may affect them as investors or potential investors. Well, as Adiel Gorel suggested in his post, I googled the term “SB 1271“, and came up with this post by Christie Giannetto from Arizona Lifestyle Team, who sheds some light on the suggested implications of these laws and provides an interesting view of her own as to what should an investor with a negative equity do in the new situation.
